Open role
Gutter Technician · Full-time.
Crews of 2-3. Mix of installs, cleaning, repair, and soffit/fascia work. Most days you're on a ladder by 8 and home by 5.
Day-to-day
- Run the brake — form seamless gutters on-site.
- Hang gutters, downspouts, soffit, and fascia.
- Hand-clean and flush existing systems.
- Photo every job before/after for the client report.
- Talk to homeowners — explain what you're doing, why it matters.
- Treat every property like your own.
What we want
- Comfortable on a ladder. Not afraid of heights.
- Valid driver's license + clean record.
- Can lift 50 lbs, can be on your feet 8 hours.
- Shows up on time. Texts back. Communicates clearly.
- Takes pride in finishing what you start.
- Veterans, current military, or military families — preferred but not required.
What you get
Starting at $20/hr
Bump on every 90-day review for the first year. Cap is on talent, not seniority.
Year-round work
We're not seasonal — gutter work flows through cleaning, install, repair, and winterization. No layoff cycles.
Veteran-first hiring
Active-duty, transitioning, or veteran? You jump the line.
Truck and tool
We provide the truck, the brake, the ladders, the harness, the rivet gun. You bring effort.
Real Fridays
We don't book Saturdays unless you ask for them. Weekends are yours.
