Spring 2026·Free gutter cleaning on every full install booked before May 31.

Now hiring

We hire for character.
We train for skill.

We don’t care if you’ve never touched a gutter brake. We care if you show up, work hard, and take pride in finished work. Veterans go to the front of the line. Bring effort — we’ll bring the rest.

Open role

Gutter Technician · Full-time.

Crews of 2-3. Mix of installs, cleaning, repair, and soffit/fascia work. Most days you're on a ladder by 8 and home by 5.

Day-to-day

  • Run the brake — form seamless gutters on-site.
  • Hang gutters, downspouts, soffit, and fascia.
  • Hand-clean and flush existing systems.
  • Photo every job before/after for the client report.
  • Talk to homeowners — explain what you're doing, why it matters.
  • Treat every property like your own.

What we want

  • Comfortable on a ladder. Not afraid of heights.
  • Valid driver's license + clean record.
  • Can lift 50 lbs, can be on your feet 8 hours.
  • Shows up on time. Texts back. Communicates clearly.
  • Takes pride in finishing what you start.
  • Veterans, current military, or military families — preferred but not required.

What you get

  • Starting at $20/hr

Bump on every 90-day review for the first year. Cap is on talent, not seniority.

  • Year-round work

We're not seasonal — gutter work flows through cleaning, install, repair, and winterization. No layoff cycles.

  • Veteran-first hiring

Active-duty, transitioning, or veteran? You jump the line.

  • Truck and tool

We provide the truck, the brake, the ladders, the harness, the rivet gun. You bring effort.

  • Real Fridays

We don't book Saturdays unless you ask for them. Weekends are yours.

  • Closed for hunting opener

Pheasant opener is a holiday at Atlas. Branden's serious about this.
