The work
What you actually get.
We hand-clean every linear foot — no leaf blowers blasting debris into siding, no garden hoses flooding shingles. Each clean ends with a downspout flush and a written inspection. You get photos before-and-after, and a flag on anything we noticed (loose hanger, separated joint, rotted fascia).
Problems we solve
- Maple seeds clogging downspouts in April
- Pine needles compacted in elbows by November
- Overflow staining new siding
- Cleaning crews who leave debris all over your beds
What’s included
Hand-cleaned, not blown
We pull debris by hand into a bucket. Your flower beds stay clean. Your neighbor's yard stays clean.
Every downspout flushed
Garden-hose test on every drop. If something blocks, we snake it.
Written inspection
Hanger condition, slope, joints, fascia rot, splash damage. Issues photographed and noted — you decide what to fix.
Photos in your inbox
Before and after, every run. So you know it actually got done.
Optional bagged haul-off
$25 add-on. We bag it and take it. Otherwise it goes in your yard waste bin.
