5" K-style aluminum runs $7.50–$11.50 per linear foot installed in the Sioux Falls market. 6" runs $9–$13. The average ranch home (~140 linear feet) lands between $1,200 and $1,800 fully installed with downspouts. We give a written number on-site, not over the phone.
No. On-site estimates are free within our 30-mile radius (Harrisburg, Sioux Falls, Brandon, Tea, Hartford, Dell Rapids, Lennox, Worthing, Beresford, Garretson).
Most homes — one day. Larger homes with detached garages or complex rooflines run a day and a half. We schedule rain-free windows.

Yes — cash, check, credit card (2.7% + 30¢ processor fee), or ACH bank transfer (1% fee). We do not require deposits on residential gutter jobs under $5,000.
When do I need new gutters?
When do I need new gutters?
Common signs: visible cracks or holes, sagging or pulling away from the fascia, peeling paint or rust streaks, overflowing during a normal rainstorm, water pooling at the foundation, or seam separations at the corners. If you see two of these, you're past repair into replacement territory.
Yes — that's the whole point of aluminum overlay. We don't tear off the structural wood. We wrap perforated soffit and color-matched fascia over it. The structural fascia stays in place to hold gutter hangers.
Stainless micro-mesh guards reduce cleaning by 90%+. Most clients move from twice-yearly cleanings to a once-yearly visual inspection. Fine dust and shingle grit can still build up over many years, but it doesn't clog the flow.
Winter & ice dams
Winter & ice dams
Three causes, usually in combination: (1) attic insulation is too thin, letting roof heat melt snow from below; (2) attic ventilation is choked off, so the heat can't escape; (3) gutters are full of debris, refreezing into a dam. We fix #3 directly and help with #2 via vented soffit. Roofers handle #1.
Yes. Self-regulating, UL-listed, GFCI-protected — installed in a zigzag pattern at the roof edge plus straight runs in gutters and downspouts. $11–$18 per linear foot installed.
They help with one cause (debris buildup that refreezes). They do not eliminate ice dams from poor attic insulation. We're upfront about this — anyone who promises guards will end ice dams forever is selling you something.
